How do I cancel or change my Sonilo plan?

Cancelling

1. Open your subscription page.
2. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, and you can undo the cancellation before then. If a payment is overdue, cancelling ends the plan at once.

Upgrading

An upgrade takes effect immediately. Before you confirm, Sonilo shows what you will be charged today, after a prorated discount for the unused part of your current plan's credits. Purchased credits are not affected.

Downgrading

A move to a smaller plan, or from yearly to monthly billing, is scheduled for the end of the current period. Your subscription page shows the date.

Subscribed in the iPhone or Android app?

Purchases made in the app are held by the App Store or Google Play, so change or cancel them in your store account. On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Refunds

Under the Terms of Service, payments are final and non refundable unless the law requires otherwise, and there are no refunds or prorated credits for partial billing periods, downgrades or unused time. If you think you were billed in error, email [email protected] within seven days of the charge.

Invoices and payment methods

Invoices and your payment method are managed from the billing section of your subscription page (Manage billing information).

Before the plan ends, export what you need; read what happens to your files and what happens to your license.
